WiFiFoFum is a program that scans radio frequency 802.11 (the standard wireless network frequency) for your Pocket PC 2003. Styled to look like a radar, it graphically displays information about hotspots in your area.

In the same way, if you have a GPS module attached, you can see the position of all the satellites that have coverage at your position.
